everytime I try to put in my info: address, ect!. it freezes up on me!.!.!. I would like to get a membership but it freezes on me!.!.!. how id going on!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

I would contact Ancestry's customer service to see if there is a computer incompatibility issue!. It may be your firewall or something similar!.
