How do you delete it!!?!?!!?! I went to the Help section and i followed the directions, but it didnt work!!! PLEASE HELP ME! HOW DO YOU DELETE AN ANCESTRY ACCOUNT!?!!?!Www@QuestionHome@Com

If there is nothing that says "cancel subscription" then your subscription is not active!.

I cancelled my account with the !.com site as I had finished with my research there, and my account says the same as yours!.
On my !.co!.uk account which is active the "cancel subscription" option is there!.

Have you tried calling them, their number is available on the site, I found them to be very helpful, when I called to cancel at the end of my free trail!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

You have to cancel it!. Click on the "My Account" button and when the screen comes up there will be a box on the right!. In the middle is "cancel subscription"!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
