Type in "Your phone number" in search area!. 3!. Next page--click link in questions for "List of contact numbers and times" (answer ID #2669) 4!. Page 3 has answer to question with country chart, toll-free numbers and hours they are in service!. The tab "Email Ancestry Support " opens a page where you can send them a question by email!. For USA questions: United States (Contiguous 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii) 1-800-ANCESTRY or (262-3787) (toll free) Monday - Friday : 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Saturday - Sunday : Closed http://support!.microsoft!.com/oas/default!.!.!. (Could be its the Windows Vista that's causing the problems!. They have had a LOT of problems with it not working right ever since it came out on the market, from what I have heard and read!.
