I don't know if you are or are not related to Abraham Lincoln!. What I do know is that you asked your question 5 hours ago and at the time that I am penning my response, not one person has responded!. This is highly unusual, but maybe the way you phrased some of your query might have something to do with it!.

The part that stood out the most for me was!.!.!."Ive been doing some light searching but honestly don’t have the time to dig up a proper family tree of the Lincoln family, and being of mainly British decent I'm not massively clued up on my American heritage!."

I can see that being British might put you at a semi-disadvantage, but you have told us that you have an opportunity to find out more, but you don't have time to "dig up a proper family tree of the Lincoln family!.!.!."!.

Seriously, if you are not interested enough to begin your own research, why would the folks here take our time to do this for you!? At least that is my first thought!.

Even if there are people here related to Abraham Lincoln, it does not mean that they would have the portion of the tree you would need!.

It is not enough to find the name of his half sister, but you need to connect that person to your grandfather or his father, if you have his name!. Many folks just concentrate on their own branch of a family tree!.
