Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: What an interesting question! Have a star! In my case, although 'Nelly' is my name on YA, I have borrowed it from my beloved cat who I named 'Nelson' as he only had 3 legs!. I also used to call him 'Nelly Boy' or 'Nelly' when calling him in from the garden!. You should have seen my 'Nelly Boy' (Nelson') bounding down the garden as fast as his 3 little legs would carry him, when I used to call him in for his 'foodies'! Sadly; Nelson my tuxedo cat, is not with me anymore!. But I'm sure my 3 legged faithful friend is now bounding around in cat heaven on all 4 legs!.
