This is not the right place for this question.............but I know a very tall, very large lady named Sue Smith and we call her Mama Sue.

I would say Anna for Savannah, Suzy for Sue.... Or Annie if you want to combine the two? Or you could just get an unrelated nickname, like Missy or something.
