It's hard to really get information strictly from people that have died recently. Usually you'll need more information about the parents first before you can find anything. That's just my experience. I found the death record for Louis Berner, but nothing else. Sorry. =( Good luck though! You could ask around and see if anybody who is still living might know who his parents were and you could go from there.

Go to ancestry.com and search for the census records for Louis, put in the info you have, and you should find him listed as 'son' in the household to find his parents names.
