Genses reunited, if ur a paying member can u only contact other paying members?

Question:Only full paid up members can send messages to other members.
You do not have to be a full member of GenesReunited to reply to an email.

You can contact everyone but if they are not a member then they cannot contact you back.

Same as on Friends reunited

A paying member paying the ￡10 six-monthly fee, can try to contact anyone, but if the recipient is not a paying member, they won't receive the e-mail, and they would be unable to reply anyway.

Steffi - ￡10 for 6 months?? I pay ￡10 for the entire year of membership!

If you're a free member, you should be able to receive messages, but you can't send any, unless the other person sends you a message first.

The membership is pretty cheap though, and I've found it an incredible help to me, so I would recommend upgrading if you're thinking about it.
