Cornwall Record Office in Truro sell the registers on microfiche if you have a library near you that you can "borrow" a reader machine from. They're only a couple of pounds per fiche. Email them for details.

Cornwall is also pretty well covered by all the Online Parish Clerk (OPC) projects. Transcriptions of most of the Cornish censuses are online for free, as are quite a few other records. Have you tried there, or the Cornwall Family History Society. I think there's a place called Cornish Forefathers as well that has some records on CD, but obviously, not all parishes. In any event, they won't usually include records from the late 1800s / early 1900s - they usually cover much earlier years. Even Cornwall Record Office might not sell you the records on fiche for these years if the Diocese of Truro has not given them permission. I've got a nasty feeling that you can't buy certain records that were made after about 1860 for that very reason. I'll go away and have a google and see if I can find out anything concrete on this.

(The best resource which tells you exactly what is and isn't available. As I feared, the CD from Cornish Forefathers only goes up to 1840, though their are some Methodist registers up to 1900 that are available on CD. Cornwall Record Office are not allowed to sell post-1837 marriages, but should sell you the baptisms on fiche, and hold the registers up to 1985.)

Try the nearsest library. Most parish registers are now held there, as for a CD version, they should know.

Ask at the registry office, library and the parish vicar. Someone is bound to know locally.
