Question:I know that sometimes white babies are born with a certain birthmark, that shows somewhere in their ancestry they had a black relative.
What is the name for this birthmark, and what does it usually look like? My boyfriend has large marks on his arm that look like coffee stains, and is very dark, so we think he may have black ancestry somewhere, although his grandma is Sicilian.

My little neice who is half asian has a mongolian spot, which a lot of asians have, but never heard of birth mark meaning u have black in ur family
