Question:I'm looking for information about family members with the last name "Von ripper"
I assume its German/dutch
Since it is my blood last name

But my legal last name is Hill

Im not looking for people to say "use ______ its got a free trial"..I asking if anyone hear knows anything about it

The only thing anyone here would do, is use their common sources to look it up. I also ran a very fast check of the ones I use, and it did not show up either. The only reliable way to have information would be to identify the location of a person you know that does have it (at least the country?), then use documentation to work their ancestry back, and confirm where the original immigrant came from. It always is possible that what you have, may be an alternate of the original spelling.
If you have an adoption situation.. that will be a bit more difficult, since you cannot expect to find info re living persons online. It *might* happen.. just don't expect it.

I've searched all the sites I know that give surname origins, but I cant find anything at all.
