Does anyone have any information about the father of Absalom Knight?

Question:He was a soldier during the Revolutionary War, sometimes his name was spelled Absolum, or Absolom, and he had a son and nephew by the name of Absalom (with it's various spellings) as well. I've seen his father listed as Thomas or David, or Thomas David but can find no info about him, or Absalom's mother. I have no name for her at all.
