No. Most DNA tests can only determine ancestry through mitochondrial DNA, which is passed on the maternal side. This means that the tests can tell you where your mother's ancestors come from, but not much about your father's side of the family. (DNA analysis can detect father-son links along the Y chromosome- note that this only applies if you are male- but there has not been a sufficient DNA gene pool established to detect ethnic groups along the Y chromosome.)

Furthermore, the results aren't 100% accurate- the DNA test will tell you that there is something like an 70% chance that your ancestors are of a certain ethnic group in Africa. So in your case, you will probably get a low percentage of comparison to your African ancestry and very little or nothing about your French ancestry.
