Are there any relatives of Robert Earl Clement from Illinois out there?

Question:He was born in approximately July of 1915. His fathers name was Arthur W and his mother was Susie. He had an older brother named Bentley W. Arthurs father was born in New Hampshire and his mother in Canada. Susies family was from North Carolina. He lived in Maryland for at least the sixties. He was an inventor. He was married once, before he married my mother in the early sixties. He had two sons. He was committed to Shepperds Pratt in Maryland in the mid sixties. He died in September 1990. I would just like info about him, nothing else. Any honest response would be appreciated. Dont answer if you dont know him or of him.

Also, from Arthur's WWI draft registration: His middle name is Ward, born May 19, 1891 (or 2? can't read...), address 1325 George St., Chicago, IL, occupation: telephone equipment, born in NY, wife & two kids, etc.

Also, the odds are a million to one that someone who knows him will find your message. Since Yahoo!Answers is a question and answer format, a Clement relative probably would not be browsing these questions.
