A friendly reality check..
MANY of us can and have found persons, using what is online, like directories or even google. I don't think anyone experienced will GUARANTEE that they can "FIND ANYONE". Maybe some private detectives will make that claim, but hey, they want your money.
You need to be explicit about your country, and someone might volunteer. Heads up.. posting the personal info of someone living is a violation of yahoo rules.
