You are half Croatian, 1/4 Portuguese, I/4 British - in terms of ethnicity (or "origin by blood"). In terms of culture - you belong to the culture you were brought up in, with probably some influences.
What a cosmopolitan you are!

were ever u was born tats wat u r i hate people sayin to me oh u irish i am as my nan is and i say so were u from they say england i say well u aint irish my kids born in england so der english wit irish blood in dem

Where were you born and raised? That is what you are - all those various background things are meaningless unless you were exposed to and/or brought up in the cultures.
If you want to do percentages, you don't have enough information, can't just say "parents were portugese"

You are roughly 1/4 Croatian, 1/4 English (british) , 1/4 portugese, and PROBABLY some French in there, (from the Canadian part.

You can figure it out exactly by figuring out each parents nationalities, then you are 1/2 each of what they are.

a human being

Your a mut! lol Just like most of the world!!!!

Rejoice, and enjoy it.

You are where you where born...

Asian.

Where were you born? Canada? Then it's simple, you're mixed bag Canadian.

You are probably American! Reading these questions there seems to be an obsession with Americans being "part this", "part that". It makes me quite concerned about the American attitude to race!
Have ever lived for more than a year in any of the countries you mention? Can you speak Croatian or Potuguese fluently?
You are the result of the culture where you were born and raised. Any thing else is meaningless.

You sound a bit 'mixed up' to me!! lol!,
like the rest of us!!
