Most people in Spain and in the the Mediterranean have dark brown hair. It doesn't have anything to do with Muslim ancestors. The percent of people with Arabic ancestry is less than 1% there. People in Northern Europe are blond because there is not much sun. As you move south where the climate is warmer you find people with darker hair.

Yes the majority of them have dark hair the only ones that are blond or red head are the ones that had their ancestors raped by Europeans
