Halas family tree?

Question:I'm trying to find genealogy information on a man named Halas. He was a big bear of a man and his best friend was a man named Lombardi. I'd like to find out more about his parents and grandparents and where they came from.

George Halas was born in Chicago in 1895, son of Frank and Barbara. Per 1900, she had 8 children, 4 living at the time, with George being the youngest of those. Both Dad and Mom show Bohemia as place of birth - she immigrated in 1867; he came in 1878, so I 'd assume the marriage was there in Chicago.
