Question:He Immigrated in 1886. I think with a Wife and a son. her maiden name is Rashotsky born in germany .bulgaria. You didn't say where he immigrated to, so I assumed the UK.

If I were you I would concentrate on finding his will, death certificate, court records, or naturalization records. If he settled in London county, then this page should help you do that:
