Where is my family from?

Question:I am trying to find out a way of how to find out my family's ancestry but I havent actually been able to sign up for one of those websites that tell you your ancestry. I would really appreciate if somebody who has that available to them could help me.

My family's last name is Urrego. I really dont know where our ancestry comes from because my family looks different varying from blonde hair, to black, from blue eyes to brown, so I really have no way except I am guessing we have Spaniard or Italian or Irish. Im not sure.

They came to America from El Salvador or Colombia, South America. But the name originates in Spain. Smile and be proud!

It's kind of hit or miss, but the website www.familysearch.org
is pretty good, (and free).
