My own personal choice is www.ancestry.co.uk I think its excellent, that and www.ancestry.com I have world deluxe membership with them, I haven't tried The Genealogist.co.uk but I am just about to have look at it with a view to signing up to it. I think Find my Past is RUBBISH, its expensive and I found some of the records to be incomplete.

I checked it out and it is a domain parking site. And it is being sleezy. All of the links provided (note that they prevented the actual link from showing up in the info bar) go to

I would strongly suggest staying away and not being curious as to where that link takes you.

It might be hoping for typos to the actual site THEGenealogist.co.uk which is LEGIT. But the "The" doesn't have a space between it and Genealogist.co.uk as in the question.

The legit site IS NOT The "genealogist.co.uk" site, but rather "thegenealogist.co.uk".
