I looked up the name as you stated on both www.ancestry.com and www.familysearch.org. On ancestry, what few listings they had were in Canada, and/or changed the spelling to things like DONIGER, DONIGRE, DONIKER, etc.These are the 6 only listing locations :
1.& 2: Name: H Doongoor
Residence: 1972 & 1975- Lancashire
British Phone Books, 1880-1984 Releases 1-4

3 -6. Name: Dev Doongoor
Residence: 1999 - 8490 Jean Brillon, Montreal, Quebec
Canadian Phone and Address Directories 1995-2002

At familysearch, they had no listings at all.
At www.rootsweb.com, the answer was:" Search Results: Doongoor :Matches found in 0 of 45 databases. "

From www.worldvitalrecords.com: "There are no matches for: Doongoor in India."
