Question:I have traced my line back to the mayflower directly through my fathers line. The only thing is that, one of my gr. grandmothers maiden name cant be found. Can I still call that a complete line?

Whether that will impede you or not depends on whether that woman is a direct ascendent between you and the person who was on the Mayflower. One of the things to realize, though, is that the Society of Mayflower Descendants has a very extensive database of proven lineages. They may have the information you need to complete the tree. There is someone in every state who is available to help you. I'd suggest you contact them and see if they can finish the puzzle for you.

If your paternal line is all you're interested in, then that is complete as far back as you've got it, but when it comes to genealogy nothing is ever complete.
There will always be a maiden name that's just out of reach or a new set of genealogical treasures round the corner.
That's the attraction of the hobby.

If you mean is what you have good enough to get into the Mayflower Society, ask them.

If you mean "Have I finished?", most of us would say no; Genealogy is like a jigsaw puzzle in which every time you fit a piece into place, you get two more pieces.
