Position:Home>Genealogy> Anbody know anyone with the last name Anysz?

Question:I don't know anyone, but it wouldn't be hard to find your roots.

There were only 3 people name Anysz who ever came to the US. Marya and Kazimierc Anysz came here on December 4, 1912. She was 27, he was 23. They were married to each other and were both born in Busko, Russia which is now called Busko-Zdrój, Poland( technically, 1/3rd of Poland was considered Russia in 1912 because Poland was partitioned between Germany, Austria-Hungary and Russia until the end of WWI). They came to Passaic, NJ and stayed with their friend Roman Kurelski. He was 5'9 and had brown hair and brown eyes. She was 5'1 and also had brown hair and brown eyes. They sailed from Antwerp.

The other Anysz who came to the US was Josef Anysz from Susk, Russia. He was 20 when he came to the US on June 5, 1911 and his first stay was with his friend Maryanna Libers at 786 4th Ave, Brooklyn NY. He was only 5'0 and had brown hair/brown eyes and fair skin. He sailed from Rotterdam.

Having a place to start, you have 2 censuses (1920 and 1930), the 1917 draft registration, and several other modern databases you can search to find others in your family.
