Don't know one personally but did a quick check. It is a very rare surname but does exist. There were a little more than 400 public records hits and 120 phone book hits just on the surname.

It also seems to be a variant of Roduner and Radeamer. Most seemed to be historically located in Mississippi and Louisiana.
