Question:According to an Ellis Island record, in 1901 one of my ancestors sailed from Bremen, Germany to New York City on the ship named 'Oldenburg'. Here's a photo of the ship and short write up from the Ellis Island website. After you pull up the blurb on your ancestor, go to the top and click on "ship" and you'll get info on the vessel that brought your ancestor over here.
