Question:I want to find out what an actor listed as their religion in the last census. Is there anywhere to find someone's answers from the most recent census? Would it be free or would I have to pay?

Census records in the US are restricted for 72 yrs (100 yrs in the UK). If you are concerned with someone living, you won;t have access to that at all.
In historical records, I am not aware that anyone was ever asked in regards to religious affiliation. I've seen occupation shown as Methodist minister, but that's a fluke, not required. (Occupation is asked).
Census records are accessible in various ways. They are on microfilm and can be rented at LDS family history centers. Ancestry.com is the best known fee service that offers them online (you are paying for convenience). Many libraries offer free access at their branch. Some usgenweb sites (county based volunteer sites) have posted some census records, in varying levels.

The last UK census available to the public is the 1901 census, the next one will be made public on 2nd January 2012. You can view the earlier one on www.ancestry.co.uk
hope this helps.

The last census is not available and not all info is for public release. This census won't be released for 72 years.

Only Canadian censuses consistently asked for religious affiliation. We can't tell which country you're in, but unless it's Canada that you're researching, you are not likely to find that information. And, as others have said, privacy laws protect you from having access to records on living people in less than 72 years.
