Do adam & eve has a belly button (umbilical cord)?

That is a excellent question! And one that I cannot honestly answer!
I looked on BibleGateway.com and this is what I got!

26God said, "Now we will make humans, and they will be like us. We will let them rule the fish, the birds, and all other living creatures."

27So God created humans to be like himself; he made men and women. 28God gave them his blessing and said:

Have a lot of children! Fill the earth with people and bring it under your control. Rule over the fish in the ocean, the birds in the sky, and every animal on the earth.

At any rate this does not tell us if Adam and Eve did or did not have a belly button, But I can say sure their children did!

Don't know about Eve, but the answer as to whether Adam has a belly button is the same answer as to whether God has a belly button - because according to Genesis (I assume that is your reference document), Adam was made in God's image and likeness.

So the more intriguing question is ... does God have a belly button? Answer that and you now have the answer concerning Adam.
