Consider - if you are now 16 and come from a long line of teen-aged lovers who had their first child at 16, your great grandfather could have been born 64 years ago, in 1943. If you are now 80 and come from a long line of men who had their last child at 60, with a second wife, your great grandfather could have been been born 260 years ago (60 + 60 + 60 + 80) in 1747. Both possibilities are physically possible but highly improbable.

Together they show you why you should use dates and places in genealogy queries. If you are normal, 16 and generations run 33 years in your family, he was born 115 years ago (99+16) in 1892.

Adding to Ted's information (for the people he found), Hilton's WWI Draft Registration card (September 12, 1918) indicated...
lived at #1 Dekalb, Bowie, Texas with his wife Alice. He was a farmer and born July 20, 1881.
