I think you will get a much better response in the books section,

Actually, there's some discussion to put this out-of-print family history book on CD.

Otherwise, the Church of Latter Day Saints has a copy of it. I think you could go to your local library and have them do a search to see if you can get an inter-library loan through them. (this means they will search the databases they have available to them in the library system and, if they find the book, will request that the book be sent to them on a loan. Then you can check it out).
