On Ancestry.com I can't open WWI Registration files.?

Question:I have a subcription, and I can open census docs and everything else on ancestry, however, I get Image can not load or something when ever I try to see these? could something on my computer be blocking these, as I can view them from another computer?

Some times if you dump your history and temp internet files your images will come thru. If you can tell me what version of windows you are running I can walk you thru it. Please email me thru my profile.
