As far as I know, there's never been any statewide records repository for Friends because we're organized by monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings (corresponding to small, larger and largest geographical areas respectively, but sometimes overlapping because of splits within the Religious Society of Friends), instead of by state. Records are generally carefully preserved (though of course, things happen over the years -- fires, floods, and general misplacement), so I would start by asking the monthly and yearly meetings whether they've got archives covering the year(s) in question. You never know -- some even have them on microfilm these days....

This family probably brought a minute (a letter) from their Indiana monthly meeting to their new Illinois monthly meeting in order to transfer their membership. This would have been entered into both meetings' minutes, and I would think into the Yearly Meeting's, too, next time it met.

Illinois Yearly Meeting's website is at http://iym.quaker.org/, and Western Yearly (which includes parts of IN and IL) is at http://www.westernym.net/. Both can also direct you to monthly meetings which might be likely places for you to check out.
Quakers kept very good records, so I would assume ( always dangerous in family history ) that you would need to contact them direct,

You could also try to Find Iroquois County record office just in case.

Good luck and good hunting
I have had a look around and I found these sites that I thought might be useful to you, the first one looks really interesting.
