Having been a medical records manager, I can guarantee those records are long, long gone. Most states only require they be kept a maximum of 25 years. The only way to get the records you need is to petition the Family Court to open their records. Given the fact it was 65 years ago, making the possibility of the birth parents still being alive much slimmer than the norm, it is possible they would open them and let you have identifying information about them.
Do you not know if you are adopted or not? Without a name I'm afraid you will not find birth records. What does your birth certificate say?

Due to laws that have been passed you will not be allowed to go thru the records. Recently they have closed the records due to identity theft.

I think you and your parents should sit down and talk, You may be barking up the wrong tree You could spend years looking for something that doesn't exist. You must have a reason to believe that you are adopted.

At this point I don't think we can really help you other then to tell you to order your birth certificate and see what it says.
