Sounds like a coined name to me.

Might be meant to sound like a "classier" Rene -- a Frenchified version, d'Rene or something (which would mean "of Rene" if it were truly French.

A female form of Rene should have two final e's, btw.

Or maybe it's a version of Irene.

I tried to find a meaning for the name either christian or surname but I can't find anything in relation to it sorry.
