Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Hi you can go to Mellissa Data .com and search through thier people search it will give you a list of people that match the name you entered with possible relatives and/or roomates city and town that they have lived in.. I would then cross reference that at Zaba.com.. once you feel you have the right person located go to white pages and if they have a phone number it will be listed with thier address.. Good luck I just typed you a long answer and it got lost.
Two good places I use are www.zabasearch.com and www.peoplefinder.com.
also..
http://www.cyndislist.com/finding.htm...
Please understand that no web site is magic, and if someone wants to be lost, they will. If you are a minor, people here should not interfere with what your parent chooses.
I am enraged at the woman who almost died, being in her car for 8 days, after her husband reported her missing. At the same time.. police KNOW that most adults leave of their own choice. Many of us refuse to have our phone listed, and we are careful as to what is online, to avoid id theft.
No one here has ever admitted to wanting to spend money, but if the standard places do not work, you may have to hire someone. But no web site is as important as your own determination.
Good luck. I have to admit that I am not sure of my answer - this is a suggestion.
I think that on Friends Reunited you do not have to pay to post an enquiry, but you have to become paying a member in order to exchange messages with other people. You often see people saying things like "I cannot contact you because I am not a full member"
If you are in the UK, have you tried www.192.com.
You say the person is "important". Most people, like celebs, Members of Parliament, Royalty, have official addresses to which you can write. Be warned that their mail is usually handled by secretaries and they may not even get to see it. Enter the name of your - someone - in Google and spend the rest of your life browsing through the names
