Does anybody know a Jeffrey William Hoch?

He is 37 and his birthday is on the 6 July. He′s my dad.
My name is Michael Hoch and im 15 my birthday is on the 8 April.
I didnt see him since im 3 and i didnt hear nothing from since i turned 5 so please if somebody knows anything about him please tell me.
