Question:

In Oconee County, Georgia, how would one go about getting their last name changed?

My mother recently divorced my father, and now both of us want our last names changed back to her maiden name. I'm 15, but of course I have her permission. For the record, she has final decision-making powers for me in this divorce. So, how do we get started? How much does it cost?
