Died: 22 Feb 2007
State (Year) SSN issued: Oklahoma (1957-1958 )

Using that information, I found the following obituary in the Oologah Lake Leader (8 Mar 2007):

Doris June Martin

Doris June Martin, 63, of Collinsville, passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2007. She was born in Oklahoma City on Dec. 29, 1943 to Violet and Thomas Laughlin. She is survived by her husband, Ralph Martin; one daughter, Renee and her husband Danny Pilgrim of Oologah; two sons, Steve Martin of Tulsa and Kevin Martin and wife Darla of Talala; one brother, J.T. Laughlin of Shawnee; one sister, Cloma Hoekstra of Oklahoma City; eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Services were held Feb. 26 at Miracles of Faith in Collinsville with Pastor Jim Carney officiating. Services were under the direction of Collinsville Funeral Home.
