Hi, how do I find out if someone has died?

I have tried the birth, marriages and deaths search and not got anything. Any ideas?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: Visit a family history centre - they may be able to help as they have lots of resources available. Go to www.familysearch.org and you will be able to find one near you. The staff are very friendly and there is no cost to visit and use facilities.
