Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I did a little searching and here is what I could find.

I found an Aubrey Dean Rutherford b. 1952 living in Texas. I found two two marriage records for him. The first one was to Peggy S Wildy on May 14, 1977 in Tarrant County, Texas (which is where Fort Worth is) This marriage ended on Feb 11, 1980 in Dallas County. He remarried to Lacresha M Hawkins in Young County on December 30, 1995. This marriage too ended in divorce in Young County on June 16, 1999. Evidence seems to suggest that he was married for about a year and a half in 1992 to a lady named Patricia.

I did find that he was born Feb 24, 1952 in Tarrant County to Gene Rutherford and Pearl Laverne Collins.

All this information and it doesn't seem that I can find a trace of him! You will be happy to know that I can't find him in the Social Security Death index, so I don't think he is dead. I have tried Zabasearch and Yahoo!peoplesearch and to no avail.
