Traits of the Dutch ? I'm a native California gal with Dutch heritage from my Dad's family.?

I know and hear of many cultures...but not much about the Dutch. Just for my interest...what is thought to be the personality traits of the Dutch people? Any certain overall facial features, body type, hair, eyes, cultural traits, sense of the overall Dutch. Honest answers only...positive or negative. My family is not available to obtain this information.

Just kidding. For every "National characteristic" you can find hundreds of citizens who fit the stereotype and hundreds who don't.

There is probably a "Holland Society" or "Sons of the Dutch" organization in your county, just like thereare Sons of Kanute for the Norwegians and St. Andrew's Societies for the Scotch. Look one up in the phone book and attend some meetings.
