Looking for information about my Grandmother. Kathryn Antler Wilkins,she may not be alive. Can anyone help?

We visited her in the 1970's. She lived at Lake Clear Junction, NY. I believe she was a descendant of Sitting Bull. My Fathers name was Joseph Wilkins.
