2. At 18 or 21, by law in most states, she will be given her full adoption information and may come looking for you.
3. If you were allowed by law to have the information, you'd have it. Call an Adoption Agency (County, Private, etc) and find out the rules in your state. Figure out who it is that IS allowed the information (like birth mother) and have them request it. Then search for her under her adopted name.
