Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: I think it is probably hemiplegia - a stroke affecting 1 half of the body. Doctors were very bad at hand writing possibly to disguise their diagnosis.
The stroke could easily cause incontinence hence the diarrhoea. Exhaustion was a term used cover no treatment had been successful.
