I'm trying to find barbara lorraine hoover, help?

I've checked 411.com, switchboard.com, whitepages.com, yahoo people search, zabasearch.com, and they are all pay sites. they say she exists, duh, but i will have to pay for the address and/or phone #. Barbara was like my second mother when i was younger, she lives in or around manassas, virginia. shes approx. 62 yrs. old. I haven't seen her or her family in 10 years. Can anyone help me find her? For free.
