How to use Family Tree Maker?

My mother sent me the Family Tree Maker software because I found out some information and she wanted me to add it to her database.

Now, does she need to send me a separate file too? I got the software, but a storm nocked her phone service out all weekend. She has her info up at rootsweb.com, but what do I do?

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: If it is the new FTW version, you can export your info in PDF format or you can send her a Gedcom file. If she wants you to add it to her rootsweb file, I believe you will have to have her log in info to do so.
