Where can I find detailed surname distribution maps?

Where can I find detailed surname distribution maps?

I am after maps of the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, and Germany. I would like maps that actually shows numbers within each community (doesn't have to be specific numbers, but more than fifty, more than five hundred, etc., would be nice). I've found maps of the UK that show the counties in which the names most frequently occur, but I would like to see what areas within each county that they're most common.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
