Anyone from Illinois remember Keith, Kelly, Kim, Karen, Keven, Kenneth E Miller from the 1970's?

Their father's name was Harold and their mother's name was Shirley. They were from around Sterling or Rockford, Illinois. Kim has a daughter named Kayla. Please serious answers only.

I have had no luck finding them! I am looking for them because Keith E Miller died and I don't know where. It wasn't in Whiteside county and the SS doesn't have any info on him. Just proof he died. I need to know where then I can find out how. My daughter is curious to know how since he left her when she was 2. She is now 17
