Can you help find these 3 people?

A friend of my husbands is dying and he needs to find his 3 daughters. the oldest 2 are twins Tammy Lee Finn and Toni Jo Finn born in april 1962 and the younger one is Tracey Lynn Finn born in 1964. I know that these are their maiden names and that they could be in pittsburg Ct or Martinez ct or even Sacromento Ca. If anyone knows of a way I can find these people with out having to pay a website or investagtor please let me know.
