Question:

I am conducting genealogical research abt my great great grandpa, how would i find the names of all his kids?

if i start with my great great grandfather, is there any information out there that i can acquire to inform me of all his kids so i can continue from there??

Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: In Genealogy, you work you way back from yourself to your ancestors.

Searching the Census, is the easiest way to find out about children. They will be listed.
Another way is to search birth and death records in the counties that you know he lived.

The previous answer gave good websites to try. Ancestry is a good site, even tho you do have to pay.
Rootsweb is free, but unless someone submitted the info, you might not find it there.
